The surface quality inspection program is to press a surface of a special coated silicone sheet on the surface of the object. The deformation of the silicone coating is attached to the object to be measured. The camera installed on the other side records the photo under a special light source, and the computer vision algorithm is used to generate the surface 3D. Profile to measure data results.

· Single camera solves the 3D surface problem by photometric stereo technology, can replace different lenses, suitable for measuring the angle of different places (R> 0.02mm), height difference, smoothness of surface change;

· Measurement application: elements that cannot be detected by ordinary image or laser, such as the depth and width of scratches, dents, and small chamfers;

· Can adapt to the surface of various products without readjustment (different transparency, different colors, different gloss);

The whole machine of the working table adopts precision 00 grade granite, which reduces the deformation coefficient, reduces the vibration and has high stability;

One-click measurement, real-time display of measurement results, and quick export of result reports;

· Full servo closed-loop control, three-axis imported servo motor.
