The fully automatic rotating measuring head is equipped with a CWS confocal white light scanning probe. The two optical paths accurately obtain the position of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass, and the arc profile of various bending angles. Especially suitable for sensitive, soft, dispersion, reflection, tilt, low contrast surface measurement (such as mirror material).
